JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
We are looking for a self-reliant project manager who will work together with our team to deliver digital projects for US customers on time and on budget.
Our goal is to position ourselves as specialists in the field, help to lead clients and the whole team steadily through the web development process, resulting in top quality outcome.
PMs responsibility is the following:
Project Planning:
- Build project use cases, wireframes, and technical specification
- Assist Account Managers with proposals, scoping, and estimation process
- Construct detailed project plan by breaking the use cases and wireframes down into separate tasks with resource budget, timelines, and deliverable milestones
Project Implementation:
- Take ownership of the project from kick off until final delivery & follow up maintenance
- Identify and set up a management process suitable to the size and nature of the project and production team involved
- Control day-to-day project workflow through management of project tasks and resource allocation
- Analyze, evaluate, and forecast current project status against the established schedule and budget
- Identify project changes and issues early including, but not limited to, schedule slippage and /or deliverable shortfall, navigate production team through finding solutions and communicate impacts with Account Manager early and clearly
- Collaborate with PR and Marketing team
- Manage QA team to ensure quality on all deliverables
- Ensure the production team follows company set processes during the project lifetime
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE:
Language skills:
- English – Advanced (C1) (Slovak is advantage)
Other knowledge:
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall management process
- Experience with scrum framework
- JIRA or similar ticketing system – advanced
- Figma – basic
- Axure RP or similar tool – basic
- Google Docs – advanced
Personality requirements and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing position (project manager, account management, sales, customer service)
- Experience with managing online projects based on the LAMP platform and a team of developers
- Perfect spoken & written English
- Experience with a tech. specs and UX/UI process
- Experience with resource & ticket management process
- You need to be very organized and detail-oriented
- You don’t need to know how to code (PHP/Javascript/MySQL); however, you need to understand the technology behind it and how it works
- This position is not suitable for graduates or candidates without any digital project management skills
- We need you to be able to overlap with the US time zone – which means working 1pm to 9pm
